5. Player Account
5.1 To participate in games, place bets, or conduct transactions on the website, you must register and create a player account (“Account”).
5.2 Registration requires the use of BankID for account creation and access. Accounts registered without BankID are considered temporary until BankID verification is completed. You are solely responsible for securing your bank and login details and must not share them with others. You must provide accurate, complete, and current personal information, including name, date of birth, contact details, and other requested identification (e.g., utility bills or photo ID). You agree to promptly update this information via your registered email address if changes occur. Providing inaccurate, outdated, or incomplete information may result in restricted access, account suspension, or termination pending further investigation.
5.3 Applicants must be at least 18 years old and legally eligible to register with Cherry. We may request proof of age and identity, and accounts may be terminated if satisfactory documentation is not provided.
5.4 Cherry will not register accounts for individuals providing false information and may terminate existing accounts and confiscate winnings if false details are discovered.
5.5 Individuals who close their accounts due to gambling addiction or fraud are prohibited from opening new accounts. Cherry is not liable for damages if such individuals successfully create new accounts, and we reserve the right to close any accounts opened in violation of this rule.
6. Account Rules
6.1 Cherry reserves the right to:
6.1.1 Refuse or close an account without explanation, honoring existing obligations.
6.1.2 Reject deposits without providing a reason.
6.1.3 Suspend or terminate participation in promotions or services if illegal, fraudulent, or dishonest activities are suspected.
6.1.4 Manage player funds in accordance with accepted cash management standards, potentially through a Financial Institution or Payment Solution Provider.
6.1.5 Forfeit funds or deny claims if Cherry’s rules are violated or unauthorized activities occur.
6.1.6 Transfer an account and its balance to another licensed entity after notifying the player and providing an opt-out period.
6.1.7 Share or license player data to entities controlled by Cherry Online Ltd, ensuring compliance with data protection laws.
6.1.8 Require proof of age and verify information to ensure players are over 18. Minors are prohibited from registering or holding accounts.
7. Inappropriate Behavior
7.1 Players warrant that they will:
7.1.1 Reside in Sweden and use the website only from Sweden. Winnings from players outside Sweden may be confiscated, and accounts may be closed. Cherry is not responsible for internet gambling by non-Swedish residents.
7.1.2 Act solely on their own behalf, not for others.
7.1.3 Not be classified as gambling addicts.

7.2 Cherry warrants that it will:
7.2.1 Handle player funds securely and appropriately.
7.2.2 Pay applicable Profit Tax at the place of contract.
7.2.3 Manage player data in compliance with applicable laws and data protection regulations.
7.3 Only one Cherry account is permitted per player. Multiple accounts may result in the freezing or closure of all accounts. If Cherry suspects multiple accounts, we may freeze or close them immediately and inform the player in writing. Upon closure, Cherry will pay out the account balance within five business days, provided no violations are detected.
8. Verification and Anti-Money Laundering Measures
8.1 Cherry may withhold funds until a player’s identity and account are verified.
8.2 We may request documentation, such as ID, passport, bank card, bank statement, e-wallet verification, proof of funds, income verification, or utility bills, to confirm age, identity, address, and fund sources. Players must upload documents via their account’s “My Account - Verify” section. Pending withdrawals will be suspended until verification is complete, and accounts unverified within 30 days of registration will be frozen. Failure to provide requested documents may lead to account freezing, closure, or fund confiscation.
8.3 The use of bots, automated devices, or other mechanisms to make game decisions is prohibited. Employees of competing gambling companies may not place bets, and such bets will be voided without refund. Bonuses will also be forfeited.
8.4 Deposits not used for gaming or suspected of exchange rate abuse may be canceled, and associated costs may be deducted. Cherry may close the account indefinitely and notify the player in writing.
8.5 Players are responsible for securing their account and preventing third-party access. Cherry is not liable for losses due to unauthorized access, and winnings from such access will be confiscated, with accounts permanently closed.
8.6 Players must not allow third parties to use their login details, and they bear full responsibility for any resulting damages, indemnifying Cherry against losses.
8.7 If no transactions occur for 30 consecutive months, Cherry will attempt to contact the player via their registered email to address remaining funds. If contact fails, funds will be sent to the player or relevant authority.
9. Inactive/Dormant Accounts
9.1 Accounts with no activity (login/logout) for six consecutive months are deemed “inactive,” and players will be contacted. After 12 months of inactivity, accounts are classified as “dormant,” with further contact attempted. Both inactive and dormant accounts incur a monthly fee of 50 SEK or 5% of the balance (whichever is greater).
9.2 Cherry may close inactive accounts when the balance reaches zero.
9.3 Players must not engage in fraudulent, collusive, or illegal activities or use software or devices to gain an unfair advantage. Such behaviour may result in account closure or invalidated participation.
9.4 Only one account is permitted per identity, household, address, or IP address. Violations lead to frozen funds and account closure, with written notification.
9.5 Internet gambling may be illegal in your jurisdiction, and Cherry is not responsible for unauthorized use.
9.6 To close an account, players can email kontakt@cherry-online.com or use live chat, specifying the reason for closure.
9.7 To recover funds from closed, blocked, or excluded accounts, full verification (ID, address, payment methods, SWIFT/IBAN) is required under Swedish law.
10. Deposits and Withdrawals
10.1 Player funds are held in a separate bank account, protected from insolvency as required by our license.
10.2 During registration, we may verify your identity through an authorized third party, retaining a record of these checks.
10.3 Deposits can be made via credit card, bank transfer, PSP, or e-wallet, with minimum amounts displayed in the cashier. Deposits must come from accounts or cards in the player’s name. Non-compliant deposits may result in confiscated winnings.

10.10 Free withdrawals may be limited within a specific period, and higher fees may apply for non-EU bank accounts.
10.11 Betting on credit is not permitted. Incorrectly credited accounts will be adjusted, and players must repay any negative balance.
10.12 Withdrawals may be refused for players acting on behalf of third parties or engaging in professional betting to exploit commissions.
10.13 Winnings of SEK 500,000 or more, with over 50% withdrawn, may be paid in 10 monthly installments of 10% each, without interest.
10.14 All deposits must be wagered at least once before withdrawal.
10.15 Withdrawing real money with an active bonus forfeits the bonus unless specified otherwise.
10.16 Using VPNs or proxies to conceal identity or location is prohibited, and bonuses or winnings earned this way may be cancelled.

12. Safety Rules

13. Indemnity

14.2 Cherry is not responsible for controlling who accesses the Service, its effects on you, how you interpret or use it, or your actions resulting from exposure to it.
15. Limitations of Liability
15.1 Cherry is not liable for losses, costs, or damages arising from the website or its content unless caused by proven gross negligence.
15.2 You use the website at your own risk, and services are provided without warranty.
15.3 Cherry is not liable for losses of revenue, reputation, profits, or other damages, including those from connection failures or fraud, unless specified otherwise.
15.4 Delays or failures in performance due to uncontrollable events extend the performance timeline or waive the obligation.
16. Intellectual Property Rights
16.1 All Service content, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is owned or licensed by Cherry and may not be copied, adapted, or used except as permitted by the Service.
16.2 You may print or download one copy of authorized Service pages for personal, non-commercial use.
17. Account Closure
17.1 To close your account, contact customer support at kontakt@cherry-online.com or via live chat.
17.2 Cherry may terminate your account for material breaches, improper conduct, or inappropriate use, refunding the balance less any claims against you. No bonuses or winnings will be credited post-closure.
17.3 Temporary accounts are terminated after 30 days.
18. Welcome Bonus Terms
18.1 The Welcome Bonus is available only to new players who have not played on cherry-online.com or its sister sites under Swedish license 24Si2102 (issued June 17, 2025). Only one bonus per player, household, IP address, or shared computer is permitted.
18.2 Bonuses are personal and non-transferable.
18.3 Each bonus has specific terms and wagering requirements, which must be met before withdrawing the bonus, deposit, or winnings.
18.4 Players with active bonuses cannot withdraw until requirements are fulfilled. Bonus-derived winnings are subject to the same conditions.
18.5 Bonus terms must be met within 60 days, or the bonus and winnings will be forfeited.

19.23 Decompiling software or using AI-assisted software is prohibited, and detected use may result in a six-month account freeze, fund confiscation, or service exclusion.
